By placing an order with Bake Cornerstone, you agree to these terms of service. Our bakery provides custom and standard baked goods with advance notice requirements varying by product complexity.

2. Ordering and Payment

Custom orders require 48-72 hours advance notice for standard items, 1-2 weeks for wedding cakes. Payment is due upon order confirmation. We accept cash, credit cards, and approved business accounts.

3. Cancellation Policy

Standard orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before pickup. Custom cake cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance. Wedding cake cancellations require 1 week notice to avoid charges.

4. Product Quality

We guarantee fresh, quality ingredients and professional craftsmanship. Any quality concerns must be reported within 2 hours of pickup for resolution.

5. Allergen Information

Our facility processes wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, and soy. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee complete allergen separation. Please inform us of serious allergies.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for events disrupted due to delivery delays beyond our control.
